Ken and Holly have served as pastors at Lighthouse Worship Center since 1990. Their first five years in ministry were spent working with children on Sunday mornings. In 1999, they began to see a number of families who needed care for their children. Most families require two incomes to survive so mom isn’t able to stay home.

They launched Little Lights as a ministry of Lighthouse in an effort to bring quality Christian childcare to fill the void. Starting with just 20 children 3-4 years old, Little Lights has expanded in both numbers and variety of services. We currently serve over 175 children from 6 weeks through 5th grade, offering transportation for both before and after school care.

Ken served as Founder and Administrator until 2006, when Holly moved from preschool teacher to Director and then to Administrator. In 2014 Holly reassumed the Program Director role and Ken continues to help provide oversight and leadership coaching. They both love serving the children and families of our community and watching Little Lights grow.

Holly has a BS in Education. Ken has a BS in Bible, MA in Christian Ministry, and D.Min in Leadership.

Together they have three children, Heather, Alyssa and Jeremy. Both girls have worked at Little Lights along with their mom.
